Physical Stability and Antioxidant Activity of Pee-Off Gel Mask Ethanol Extract of Buas-buas Leaf (Premna serratifolia L.)

This study aims to determine the physical stability and antioxidant activity of peel-off gel mask ethanol extract buas-buas leaf (Premna serratifolia L.). The leaves was obtained by maceration using 70% solvent, then concentrated a rotary evaporator get thick extract. Formulation EEDB into with concentration each (FI: 1%, FII: 2%, FIII : 3%). formula tested for cycling test method climatic chamber at temperature 40°C ± 2°C 4°C six cycles. tests included organoleptic, homogeneity, viscosity, pH, spreadability, drying time. An carried out DPPH method. results on three formulas FIII: 3%) showed good because there no significant difference during storage cycles (P>0.05) preparation have characteristic aroma oleum citri, brownish-green in color, thick, homogeneous texture, meet requirements change (P>0.05). highest average percent inhibition before after test, namely Formula III, 77.20 0.28%.
